Civil Engineer:  Responsibilities will include site planning, hydrological and hydraulic analyses of waterways, design of storm water management systems, grading and drainage documents, and project management. The ideal candidate will have a P.E. and be registered in Pennsylvania, possess a B.S. in Civil Engineering, and have five to ten years of experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary for proper documentation and successful client relationships. Knowledge of AutoCAD is expected. Experience with QA/QC procedures a plus.
Structural Engineer: Responsibilities will include project management, client interface, and structural analysis and design. An ideal candidate will have a P.E. and be registered in Pennsylvania, possess a B.S. in Civil Engineering and have five to ten years of experience as a P.E. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary for successful client relationships. Experience with AutoCAD, BIM, RamSteel, Staad, RISA, and knowledge of the IBC, ASCE-7, ACI-318, ACI-530, AISC, and NDS are required.
 Structural Designer: Responsibilities will include assisting with project oversight, conducting condition assessments, preparing design drawings, and designing structures. Ideal candidate will have a B.S. in Civil Engineering with a concentration in Structural courses.
Geotechnical Engineer/Geologist:  Responsibilities will include project management, supervision and coordination of subsurface investigations, analyses of bearing capacities, settlements, and stabilities and preparation of reports for foundation and earthwork recommendations. Ideal candidate will have a P.E. license or a P.G. certification, with a degree in civil or geological engineering, and five to ten years of experience. Familiarity with PennDOT procedures and specifications is a plus. Excellent written and verbal skills are required.
Project Surveyor:  Responsibilities will include scheduling field crews and creating work plans, as well as monitoring project status, reviewing CAD work, and sealing deliverables. Must be a licensed Pennsylvania Land Surveyor with several years of experience. Licensed in New Jersey is a plus. The ideal candidate must be proficient in AutoCAD. Microstation experience is a plus.
Survey Field Crews:  Responsibilities will include performing ALTA/ ACSM, boundary, and topographic surveys, and using conventional and GPS instruments. This position also requires responsibility for collecting, processing and downloading field data. Work is mostly in the greater Philadelphia area. Candidate must have a high school education and good math skills.  
Survey CAD Technician:   Responsibilities will include preparing base plans and performing field edits of drawings, using AutoCad and Civil 3D software. This position requires knowledge of basic field survey operations, and the ability to perform survey computations. An associate’s degree in CAD is a plus.
 Construction Inspection Technician:   Responsibilities will include construction testing and inspections, observing earthwork, concrete, steel and masonry, sampling of materials, and onsite testing of materials. Preferred qualifications include ICC Inspector Certifications, ACI Concrete Field Testing Certification, AWS Welding and NICET Certifications.
