Hunt Engineering Company provided construction phase special inspections for this multi-block affordable housing redevelopment effort by the Philadelphia Housing Authority. Across a three-block site, fifty-five new residents were constructed with a mixture of apartments and multi-story townhomes. Our construction inspection staff provided special inspections for the project to fulfill the requirements of the Philadelphia Department of Licenses and Inspections including earthwork; backfill and compaction; cast-in-place concrete formwork, materials and reinforcing; structural masonry walls; and post-installed concrete anchors.
